Right of Withdrawal
The user has the right to withdraw from the purchase made through this website. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received and must be sufficiently protected to ensure delivery of the product in the same condition as it was received. The return label must be placed visibly once the product is packaged. The consumer user will be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning. In any case, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary for the Product or Products to be returned in the same condition as they were received, and we recommend that they be sufficiently packaged to avoid damage during transportation. In the event that they are returned with damages, the amount that will be refunded to the consumer user for the return of the product may be reduced by the corresponding amount.
